2 Merlin (both female/immature type) - one perched on a Hawthorn tree and later a second falcon spent 45 minutes preening on a post (see photo at website link below) and then began hunting, apparently after Meadow Pipits and Skylarks.
7 Peregrine - an adult pair roosting on Fenning island, a male and female interacting quite high offshore, an adult pair hunting co-operatively off to the south and an adult female roosting on the ground for about 45 minutes. She then flew off, quickly captured a Teal from 100m away and returned to the same area to pluck and feed - see photo at website link below.
3 Kestrel (adult male and two female/immature types) - all hover-hunting.
8+ Common Buzzard - loafing around on posts and low tree perches.
