Highlights, this morning; Bewicks Swan x 2 adults (hooray!),Greylag Goose x 2, Canada Goose x 102, Wigeon x 2000, Shoveler x 6, Teal x 17 (where have they all gone?), Pintail NIL (after record numbers last winter!), Dunlin x 12, Golden Plover x 13, Lapwing x 1250 and Kingfisher. Also Peregrine and a Merlin in a pear tree (actually a Hawthorn but thought moderators wouldn't object to a little licence at this time year?).
