On 6th Oct. I found a colour-ringed Little Egret at Durleigh Res. I have just been sent the ringing details:

"Ringing Scheme: London.
Ring Number: GR36342
Species of bird: Little Egret
This bird was ringed by Mid-Lincs RG as age nestling, sex unknown on
10-Jun-2013 at North Cotes, Lincolnshire. OS Map reference TA3400.
Colour marks right below knee: M, left above knee: RW(B), right above knee: YN(K).
Remarks: It was found 118 days after it was ringed, 336 km from the ringing site, direction SW."
