Two Glossy Ibis on Ham Wall this(Fri). morning one showing well occasionally from VP1 still there when the rain arrived this afternoon and the other was off the 2nd VP and more difficult!
Two Glossy Ibis feeding together viewed from VP 2 on Ham Wall this morning and still there at 1430. There is an obvious difference in plumages, the bird that was on Meare Heath scrape was in full adult plumage as is one of these two ,the second bird here is a duller individual presumably a juvenile? Also present of note was a very pale Ruff and a Dunlin.
