on a visit to steart on sunday,along the coast path beyond the the first
seat I saw what I believe to be a red backed shrike,a juvenile.no doupt in
my mind it was a shrike only doupt wether a juv or female.bird was on top of the small bushes and brambles in clear view.had what appeared at distance to be a white front,with scaley brown wings.The time was aprox 1230hrs when first seen.
