1 Wood Sandpiper along with 3 Green Sandpipers and 2 Common Sandpipers on the south west shoreline of Chard Reservoir at lunchtime today.
All conveniently together for comparison (just not close enough for decent pictures).
This is only the 3rd record for Chard, the others were in 1978 and 1998.
