A brilliant day around Dunkery and Webbers post gave great views of a pair of pied flycatchers feeding young in the nest and likewise a pair of redstarts, right in front of us. Also seen were 2 ravens, a pair of stonechats, a single whinchat, sparrowhawk, buzzards, swifts, house martins and swallows, several siskins around the car park and 2 garden warblers . Willow warblers and blackcaps too numerous to count, as well as G.S. woodpeckers and goldfinch. Seven red deer and some wild pony's rounded off a beautiful day in the sunshine at this lovely place.:)
