Now that eight years have gone by since Anita's passing, one significant event in 2011 is the closing (I hope) of all legal battles now that the Court of Final Appeal has handed down its decision in May of this year.

Within this document, the Judge has given a summary of the events that relate to Anita's health and her wishes, explaining why the conclusion is that ".....there is no merit in any of the points raised by the appellant and the appeal must be dismissed."
Let's hope focus is now back onto Anita's songs, movies, her legacy.... and all the other things that she ought to be remembered by.
