廖碧兒延續阿梅不朽精神

一代巨星梅艷芳生前對慈善不遺餘力，她的支持者多年來延續其不朽精神。由「芳心薈」與「梅艷芳四海一心慈善基金」合辦的「The Rhythm of Life生之韻律——梅艷芳」記者會暨慈善義賣昨日於樂富廣場舉行，薛家燕、廖碧兒和糖哥等到場支持。家燕姐表示自小便認識阿梅，當年梅媽要求她讓阿梅和梅愛芳參加由她和黎小田主持的節目《金榜題名》，兩姊妹扮任白，台風和功架十足。她說：「阿梅做得好好，最後還獲獎。」她最深刻是看阿梅最後一次的演唱會，雖然有病在身，阿梅依然落力演出，她當時在想會否是最後一次演唱會，不禁眼濕濕。而廖碧兒86年時一家人專程飛到溫哥華看阿梅和張國榮等於世博的演出，是她第一次接觸香港歌星。之後她常與弟弟扮阿梅拍MV和《黑夜的豹》的造型。
