I believe my gg-grandmother was Mary-Anne Gilkinson daughter of william Gilkinson. Not sure if Mary Anne married Absalom Taylor however they had 5 children. After Mary Anne died in the 1890's Absalom placed the girls into a home (mayber Bernardo's) and the two boys Samuel and James were brought to Ontario Canada as bonded farmer workers.

Mary-Anne is some how related to James & Eliza (Grant)Gilkinson family. Does anyone have any information
