*Both of my parents resided for a while on Ormeau Rd., Belfast.
*He has 2 children; William Alexander ( b., Belfast, 1960) and myself, Dawn Victoria (b., Lurgan, 1961)
*My parents where married Dec., 22 1955, in Lowe Memorial Presb., Church Finaghy, Belfast, by Rev., Alfred Martin. (This was witnessed by Mary Elizabeth Weir and Alec Waite )

Re: Seeking Birth Father

Hi Dawn,
My g-g-grandmother was Ann Waite who married James Wetherall in Monbrief, Lurgan in 1848. Ann had at least three brothers, Thomas, John and William. After James's death, Ann emigrated to Toronto where she died in 1900. One of William's grandchildren, Annie Waite b. Lurgan 1895 died in Toronto in 1987. I lived in Toronto myself for many years and will be going back in September to research my family further. I have quite a bit of informtion on John Waite's son Wm Robt Waite who immigrated to NZ in 1874 if anyone is interested.
