My son is in a novitiate year in an order I would rather not name. By all reports he is doing well and feels that he is definitely being called to live out his vocation as a priest in this order. The problem comes in that my wife, his mother, does not support this at all - and in fact is actively against it in a heartbreaking fashion. It is to the point that she does not want to go visit him on the weekend that has been set aside for family visits. Please pray for her conversion back to the Church and Our Lord and for understanding and support of our son in his vocation.
