"Jesus, I Trust in You!" Don't forget the Divine Mercy chaplet and prayers.

Also, meditate on the Seven Sorrows of Mary. She will not leave your prayers unanswered. Those who sympathize with her sorrows never go unrewarded.

Seek professional help, if necessary.

As St. Paul of the Cross, founder of the Passionists, says, "God consoles us when we least expect it."

I commend you to your angel guardians. May they guide you in the path HE has chosen for you, and take you where you need to go to get through this.

Lent has a tendency to bring out sorrows. Join them to Jesus'. St. Teresa of Avila says, "Speak to Jesus from the pain of your heart. It's the prayer He understands best."

Be assured of my prayers for you and your family. Cling to Jesus with your whole heart and soul. He is holding you up even if you don't realize it. He is carrying your burden; He is with you. Turn to Mary, and pray the rosary faithfully everyday - even if you don't feel like praying it. Mary is a wonderful comfort in times of distress - for she who suffered immeasurably at the foot of the cross. Call upon the most Precious blood and hide within Jesus wounds. He will not forsake you.
