I'm sorry that no-one has replied to you on this forum. Normally Jaime responds in some way to most messages and of course, not everyone who visits the discussion forum would have gone through the same thing as you.

Your particular experience with your c section sounds terrible. It must have been a very distressing time for you and your family. I'm sure your new baby brings you much joy - Congratulations!

I'm not a Clinician, but you know, c sections are not always straightforward, what happened to you sounds like a complication of surgery and not necessarily related to the fact that it happened during your c section e.g. this could happen to anyone - male/female of any age having an operation on their tummy.

I'm sure it would not affect you from having further c sections in the future.

Perhaps you need to talk through your feelings about this experience with a counsellor and also get assurance from your Doctor. What should have been a wonderful experience of having a baby obviously turned into a very serious situation and you might need to talk through these feelings with someone.
