You need to buy a service manual for your car if you have any unusual car because even the mechanics dont know how stuff goes back together without the books. Ive put these back together myself, but cant remember off hand how it goes ( I usually take care to lay it all in order as I take it apart). But if I get lost, I refer to my service manual . You need the 1958 chevy full size manual with the 59-60 supplement to go along with it. Buy it at any classic Chevy parts company, like Eckler's Late Great Chevys.
