I have a small vase which stands about 5" tall and at it's widest part is 4.5". It looks to be hand painted with two large poppies or nastursiums on the front. The bottom has the words "MADE IN ENGLAND" which were first impressed on a round corner rectangle and then applied to the bottom of the vase and then the number "1786" were tool stamped into the bottom. Before being painted, the medium which was used to make the vase was white. I need help in identifying it.
