Does it count if I buy all the parts from the cHOPPER GUYS CATALOG to build my own scoot or do I have to peice it together? I have a 81' Stugis model! My freind said he will buy from me! I want a old school chopper, I'm good with tools and I'm a certified welder. I got a chopper guys catalog and it has everything I need But I value your opinion!
