hi there,
according to bbfc.co.uk they have recently certified the UNCUT Re-edited extended versions of the episodes from series 4, so it looks promising that they are going to release the uncut episodes. it also suprised me that at the time of classification the rights of the series belonged to 2 entertain Video Limited and not to the BBC. fingers crossed though eh?

The uncut versions of series 4 are already available on dvd in the complete series boxset.
Only the intial release of series 3 and 4 had cuts to series 4 and Satans Chimney.
2Entertain IS the BBC.
