Message:		I have had 2 emergency caesareans and am now having an elective caesarean for my third baby. I found the paralysis of the spinal block very distressing the first 2 times, and had minor panic attacks in the recovery room while waiting for the feeling to come back into my legs. Does anyone have any tips on how to speed this process up, or help ease the anxiety? Is massage useful? Hypnosis? Any suggestions?
