Message:   hi michelle my name is monique and i have had 2 caesarians and soon to have my 3rd. i know exactly how u r feeling as i went through the same thing. i found with my first i felt good as new after 7-8 weeks the worst of it was gone by week 4 but do as u r told as i was stubborn and didnt listen to my doctor and i did some light house duties like the dishes and washing driving and ended up opening my wound internaly at 5 weeks. it got infected and took me over 4 months to fully recover i will not make that mistake again even though i thought i would b ok as i wasnt in much pain but it was the stupidest thing i could have done. and my tummy was quite tender for the first few weeks my doctor said it is normal but if u r concerned go for a check up
