I had a low lying placenta, and wish I had gone for the C-Section, I didn't and I delivered a still born baby at 41.5 weeks. Now pregnant again, I'm having a planned C-section at 38 weeks. While I'm scared, nothing on earth could be worse than delivering a still born baby.

Giving birth naturally is no great thing either, it's painful and hard. However, you can get up and walk after.

Just remember that whatever you do, you want to get the baby out safely. By the way, most low lying placenta's correct themselves around week 32, so make sure and check again. But if you end up having the section then let go of the fear, and know you're doing what is best for your baby. And that's your only real responsibility, as a mother.
