Roman Numerals - and IXnei - Pig Latin for Nix, or Numeral IX
Directed mostly at Ixnei.... Okay, I think that I at least have your ear. Since you were discussing the dice in an earlier posting I thought I might mention a connection back to the proposed theory of Roman Numerals used to code the path. You might remember the phrase "...Only one thing was certain....." And another, "....certain things paired with others" Taken in context of the Roman numeral theory, and accepting for the moment my bid that the Fortune chapter is key to the solution, you might begin to see the connection and association between the die with the number one, and 'certain' other things. The 'One thing' can now be seen as the 'I' thing which is confirmed with the emphasis on the number 1 die in the fortune chapter. Though it is on the back of the tarot picture, it is part of the picture (the way to move forward is sometimes to go back). With much time spent in this chapter, and with this coding/clue in mind, you will begin to see much corroborating evidence, support that will firm your belief that this is the correct path.
