Mr. Boyd i would like to know if I need to be applying for my mother and my grandparents. They had farmland. Cows, sheep, and vegetable fields. Please someone contact me and let me know if i suppose to and how. afjonesnrsg@yahoo.com.. I understand from as far as 1991 when my granddad and grandmother (together and separately) along with my mother, applying for the money to help with the lands. Now it all seems like a dream.
