Chef seeking to buy from African-Americian Organic Farmers in the MD/DC/VA/ Region
I am a Afro American chef located outside of Baltimore, MD starting a catering company that’s offering sustainable cuisine (locally grow produce). I have a fair amount of experience with sustainable cooking and dealing with local farms. I would love and want to support the Afro American Farms in the region and help put the names out there. This sort of dining experience is becoming very popular and there is no reason the Afro American farms should not be getting the share the business.
