It has been brought to my attention that sitting through a ISF meeting and then sitting through the class would be too much for the buttocks.
It has been suggested that a week night meeting...say a Thursday at 6:30 or 7PM. What do you think?? Please let us know....give us some input either here or through our website.
Also..the sooner the better or when?
