Mobile CAPD warmers
Hi All Just posting this message around on as many CAPD/Dialysis forums as possible would love to hear from anyone interested. I would just like to share with you all some exciting news. A new company developed by myself will soon be launched called Renal Freedom. The aim of this company is to cater for the mobile needs of CAPD patients, and we aim to start trading late 2006/early 2007. As a CAPD patient (20 months) i am too familar with the stresses and anxieties created when thinking about performing CAPD on the move or away from your normal area. As a result i have developed a series of mobile bag warmers, designed to resemble every day bag types. These bags are dual voltage (able to use both mains and car lighter sockets) thermostatically controlled, insulated and able to carry all other dialysis material, enabling the patient to feel safe and confident about performing CAPD on the move. I would really like to get some patient feedback on my idea and see what you all think.
