To Aster Awake !!! (medrek forum)

I was telling my friends not to dump the prestiges and memories of aster before we hear from her. And nothing from her nor from her entourage. She ENJOYED the party fun of TPLF with all her celebrity and her soul.

Many said many in the past about her. But now all seem to be convinced that she is after .....

Aster, if I were you, I will die with millions loving me and my memories of them. I remember growing my hair afro after her heart melting song on 'goferew'. Aster had defined the ethiopian relationship styles between lovers for decades with her UNIQUE and POPULAR voice. She had made us laugh and cry. She was an Ethiopian artist unmatched in the history of Ethiopian music. Everybody loved her. Millions had gone through successful relationship because of her messages. She had been a living myth among us.

What happened to You aster?

I could not describe it. There is always bad rumour around any celebrity everywhere. Aster, I tell you , I ardently protected your name. You betrayed your fans and good wishers.

I wish I never knew you. You just burried yourself, probably with thousands of dollars like everyone thinks. The sad thing is you burried your PRICELEES name and personality FOREVER. Ethiopians would have given you more than that.

Aster, let me tell you one thing. YOU CANNOT BUY YOUR REPUTATION BACK WITH TRILLIONS AND MORE OF DOLLARS. You just died like the other singer with an open mouth - Hamelmal Abate- sorry to mention this name, it is a name associated with money and weirdos. TPLF had been spited at by the whole country. During the ethiopian soccer in atlanta (2005) she was sheduled to sing in the stadium. But it was cancelled because of disagreement over 2000 difference in her payement !!! Mind you she could sing to thaosends of exited fans of her even without payement. In the stadium there were over 20000 ethiopians !!! She is a symbol of Hodams who have no sympathy at all for the merecelesly killed childeren and mothers and fathers !!!

Aster is geneticaly corruptible. She will do anything for a pocket change, yes she would rent her mother if got her some change. Aster is a known drug addict and a manic depressed woman, a known fact throught her life. What she does is her business, but she should never be worshiped as some devine superstar, which is not and has never been Half the time on the stage she cocked and high on cocaine, which is a kbow fact as well. People like Alamoudi and TPLF know a weak person they could corrupt for a small change. Aster happens to be one such corrupt person who has no vonviction or principles, like most hookers.

Teddy Afro on the other hand is a man with principles and conviction, A man who rejected Alamopdi's corrution and stood up for the plight of thousands of Ethiopians murdered by TPLF/Alamoudi incorporated. Teddy Afro made a political statement in behalf of those who sacrificed their lives for freedom.

Aster on the other hand celebrated and entertained the murderers and criminal who killed thousands of Ethiopians, and continue to violate basic human rights of the people, murder people, imprison people, kidnap pepole, destroy the lively hoods of working families...etc.

Aster Aweke supports all that for a handful of Woyane payoff.

Your story sounds like the truth on ETV.

Aster has shown us that she has no principles. We also know that she is not the most intelligent person on this earth. In 1992, while talking on a BBC interview, she was telling her interviewer how bitter she is about her relatives who rejected her when she wanted to be a singer and who now write her letters frequently after she gained fame as a succesful singer. She then proudly declared that SHE DOESN'T WANT TO ANSWER THOSE LETTERS.

I suggest that we forget about her until she passes through some rehabilitation therapy and comes back as an average person.

Why Aster Aweke only?I was there in"enqutatesh wazema" at sherton Addiss and i paid my $1600 eth.birr.for the show.Why aster only handful of famouse singers were performed.such as mahamud ahimed,efrem tamiru,ali birra,amelmal abate are to mentained a few.If you want blame,you should blame all of them not only one of then.They did it together including the fam african american Ja rule.

If the singers are to be blamed, the people who attended the event should also blamed. But I don't believe in blaming anyone. People have the freedom to do what they like. You don't have to be a supporter of TPLF to sing in Sheraton. But the whole idea of blaming our loved artists is childish.

Zeritu and others are the talents replacing and trashing the image of aster awoke. please listen the the new album of aster awoke.
