"Plea Bargain"
As The Lawyers acting on behalf of Mr. BMX FAN, party of the first part, We are wondering if, you, the party of the second part, would be willing to enter into a legal status of "Plea Bargain" to keep our client(s) from being publicly humiliated to the fullest extent of any BMX morality laws; ie, should he (MR. BMX FAN) name any accomplises and/or other parties made privy to these prior messages dated July 20, 2005 - August 10, 2005 that our client Mr. BMX FAN would not be publicly humiliated.

Well, if I could actually understand what I read.....I would make a decision, but I need our lawyers "Shoe & Clip" to decifer this terminology for me  . Although.......a "hint" of other parties involved or knowledgeable of this mystery might sway my decision not to pass it off to our very own "Shoe & Clip"  !!!!!!!!!!!

As the representing council of Cornerhog, We the plaintiff would like to go ahead with the pressing of charges against MR BMX FAN and bring this into the open. As for the case of public humiliation, We are all for having this come out into the open. My client feels that without the constant distraction and harrasment that the defendant(s) (Blake) have been inflicting, he would have been thinking straight enough that he would have kept the "rubber side down" during the provincials this past weekend. Now, with the tragic loss of memory he sustained while packing the track with his head, we may never know the whole truth. Looks like a civil suite also. |

I think I will formaly give my notice as President of Okotoks BMX and go join the CSI team as I guess I must have a knack for it  .Although, our team is still investigating to find out who was all involved

Cheri, upon request from the general BMX public, your request for the CSI investigative team has been declined. Although your sleuthing services are greatly appreciated, we don't want you to get involved with what is about to happen to MR BMX FAN!! Although you would make a strapping "Nancy Kerigan" we feel that "Bubba" is better suited for the job at hand. MR BMX FAN will be dealt with swiftly and promptly as the long arm of the law will take too long to rectify this issue and we must take matters into our own hands

As Council representing Mr BMX FAN et al; (party of the first part)We the Defendants (whoever we may be) stand our ground. If the Plaintiff (party of the second part) feels that constant cheering and encouragement is distracting and Harrasing (perhaps uncomfortably hightened by adult koolaid from the previous eve.)then the plaintiff should take proper precautions and better conditioning. from our standpoint there were people yelling Go! ____ Go! and there were even a family pet, MIDGE, who was yelping howl! ____ howl! Not once did WE see or hear anything that would suggest distraction or harrasement. HOWever pointing of fingers and naming of names and threats......YES that could constitute a civil suit. oh yes and by the way "cornerhog" who is Nancy Kerrigan? she was the VICTIM. NOW who IS the victim. How can You win a lawsuit if the company president is confused.

 Mr. BMX Fan has been sentenced to the honorable distinction of wearing the White & yellow fuffly prize found on top the fridge in the moto shed Monday night . If Mr. BMX fan does not comply with this regulation, he will be sentenced accordingly by Bubba from the Hells Angels BMX Biker gang.

you cant decide a sentence without a trial! Innocent till Proven Guilty! No trial, No arrest, No cuffs, No rights read, Every court in this country would throw it out. MR. BMX FAN is a free man....still. |

Ummm......when did we obtain the contract for the Hells Angels BMX Biker gang I must say, it could be a good thing......specially in situations where Bubba and Tanya Harding could come in handy, and yes Mr. Leader, I would make a wonderful Tanya Harding

The services of The BMX biker gang comes free of charge. The verdict for MR BMX FAN is already guilty and stall stay that way. The only "Plea Bargain" I like is the "Fuzzy yellow ID belt" idea. This I would like to see.!! |

What the heck does figure skating and BMX have to do with each other anyway. Hey!! if they are alot the same, I think I will race...with no problem at all. How do you do a salchow or axel on a Haro? To Tamara: Unfortunately your points are marked on how fast you are crossing the finish line, not how well you can fly through the air and do a triple axel. I guess Chip didn't realize that, but I am sure he doesn't plan on giving any lessons on it soon either.
