Rosarians of the Poor Christ
The Rosarians of the Poor Christ... to be an active/contemplative society that works specifically for the conversion of the rural United States, heeding the call for the New Evangelization, by all means necessary...

"Our proposed community "village" would center around a log chapel where brothers and priests, and possibly sisters (most likely as a Society of Apostolic Life) would attend to their duties, and the farms of Roman Catholic families living a simple "amish-like" life would surround the monastery/mission motherhouse.

The religious would not be cloistered in order to allow them to exercise their charism of preaching, apologetics, and winning souls for the Catholic Faith.

The Log Chapel, as the centerpiece would be designed with a rustic log high altar and furnishings.

As a society, the Rosarians would swear absolute fidelity to the See of Peter and would celebrate the Extraordinary Form of the Roman Rite for the Divine Office and the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.

Our habits would be in the Franciscan style, but dark green, modeled on ancient iconic pictures of St. Benedict... (Cassock with Roman Collar could also be worn, depending on the circumstance...) but religious garb would be required..
Dedicated to the renewal of the Church upon its foundations of Sacred Tradition, the Rosarians place themselves under the patronage of Our Lady of the Wilderness."

There is a new community in formation which is to be a contemplative-active order of sisters dedicated to St. Maria Goretti. So far there are two members and there is a need for more! The community would teach catechism, give talks on chastity, lead pilgrimages to shrines, and visit homes and schools to promote chastity among the young. Anyone interested may email me for more info. Will wear habit.
